“This transaction immediately increases our capabilities, both to support existing customers in the United Kingdom and to attract new customers throughout Europe,” said Jim Garstka, Plasma-Therm vice president of sales and business development. “This is a strategic acquisition to increase our presence in the UK and Europe, and to enhance the award-winning customer service that Plasma-Therm provides around the world.”
