March 24, 2020 by Post

Avison Young has named Rick Cain and Nathan Eissler as Principals of the firm’s Florida offices in Gainesville and Orlando, respectively.

As a part of Avison Young’s 2020 Principal Class, Cain and Eissler join more than 600 Principals at the firm. The distinction marks an important milestone at the leading Principal-owned and -led global commercial real estate firm. As a private and Principal-led organization, the firm’s culture is built on collaboration and taking a longer-term view to meet client needs.

Principals of Avison Young have distinguished themselves in their fields of expertise while embracing the company’s dedication to corporate social responsibility and sustainability.

During his career, Cain has developed an extensive background in commercial real estate, representing a vast array of clients and facilitating multi-million-dollar transactions. He has represented a number of high-profile tenants such as SharpSpring, Northwestern Mutual Insurance, the City of Gainesville, and the University of Florida.

Eissler is the youngest in Florida to earn the title of Principal of Avison Young. Specializing in office tenant and buyer representation for office and flex users, Eissler has built an impressive portfolio valued at more than $100 million dollars and spanning over 350 transactions.
