the employee development programs offered at their organizations in Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties.
(Sarasota-Manatee) As part of its monthly Career Connections program to link women to quality jobs and funded trainings, the Women’s Resource Center (WRC) is partnering with Bank of America and Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in a free event that will offer women information about local career and job opportunities, including entry-level positions with starting wages of $20 an hour. Representatives from Bank of America and Merrill Lynch Wealth Management will be on hand to explain the career pathways and employee development programs offered at their locations in Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties. A college degree is not required, though candidates must have strong customer service and Microsoft Office skills. WRC is hosting this information session Wednesday, March 25, 1-3 p.m., at its Sarasota center, 340 S. Tuttle Avenue. No registration is required.
