Join PAVA (Professional Association of Visual Artists) members as they leave behind their studios and demonstrate their painting, drawing, and photography techniques in the beautiful outdoor landscape of Florida’s Botanical Gardens on Friday, April 3rd through Sunday, April 5th. The artists will be scattered throughout the Gardens at various times between normal operating hours over these three days. It is a great opportunity to see first-hand how the artists create their artwork, learn about their technique, and see what inspires them.
PAVA artists will not only be finding their inspiration in the beautiful flora and fauna of the Gardens, but also in the newly installed steel assemblage sculptures of artist, Don Gialanella. In honor of The Florida Botanical Gardens Foundation’s 20th anniversary, three of Gialanella’s sculptures, created from reclaimed materials, will be calling the Gardens home for the next year.
The artwork created at this event will be on exhibit and for sale during the Wine Walk to be held at the Florida Botanical Gardens on May 9th.
The Florida Botanical Gardens is located at 12520 Ulmerton Road, Largo. Admission and parking are free.
PAVA, the Professional Association of Visual Artists, is a non-profit organization run by volunteer artists to serve local artisans and support the arts community in the Tampa Bay Area.
