Tampa, FL, March 2020 – Bill Eshenbaugh, ALC, CCIM, of Eshenbaugh Land Company, is off to a good start for 2020. Eshenbaugh closed phase 1 of a 3-phase sale of developed home sites in Kings Gate, Charlotte County to Neal Communities for $2,880,000.
Right behind that, he was the lead broker for Eshenbaugh Land Company on a sale of a $4,800,000 apartment site at Mentmore Avenue and SR 54 in Pasco County, a joint listing with Land Advisors Organization. This is the second joint listing with Land Advisors he’s closed for apartments in this community.
Eshenbaugh Land Company also closed a sale for an office park along SR 54 with Jack Koehler, CCIM of Eshenbaugh Land Company, representing the LeDantec Family holdings. The two apartment sites and the office site were all part of the original LeDantec Ranch. Eshenbaugh brokered a sale of the entire 1,268-acre property back in 1999, then assisted in spinning off three school board sites, a sale of 190 acres of mixed-use, and finally these three parcels for apartments and office. As Eshenbaugh said “It only seems like 20 years or so!” Total sales for him over the two decades on the LeDantec Ranch property were over $35,000,000.
