Over 200 people attended the Medley at Southshore Bay clubhouse grand opening in mid-January. Guests included residents of the south Hillsborough County active-adult community, as well as people from Sarasota, Manatee and Hillsborough counties interested in buying a home there.
The clubhouse features an elegant lobby, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a billiard room, a card room, a veranda and an outdoor bar. It also includes a dog-washing station and social spaces for various community-hosted activities, such as cooking demonstrations, wine tastings and painting classes.
In addition to celebrating the grand opening of the clubhouse, the event included pickleball demonstrations, aromatherapy, a gift basket giveaway, games, model home tours, and sample food and beverages from the clubhouse menu.
“Medley at Southshore Bay is the perfect fit for active-adult buyers who want a vibrant lifestyle and modern Florida living,” said Mike Bachman, Director of Sales of Medley by Lennar. “The clubhouse grand opening gave guests a taste of what to expect if they make Medley at Southshore Bay home.”
Medley at Southshore Bay is a gated community that will have a resort-style pool, pickleball courts, trails, bocce ball courts, an event lawn, and dog park. It will also feature a Metro Lagoon by Crystal Lagoons®. At 5.5 acres, the family-friendly Lagoon will include a beach and crystal-clear water for swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding.
