More than 5,000 guests boarded tour busses, then toured new model centers by Mirada Tampa Bay’s builders D.R. Horton, Lennar and Maronda, and visited the welcome center carnival near the site of Mirada’s huge 15-acre Crystal Lagoon®.
Mirada, a 2,200-acre master planned development in Pasco County, is currently selling single family homes and villas with two- to six-bedroom floorplans ranging from 1,396 to more than 4,000 square feet, priced from the mid-$200,000s. Town home sales will start next month.
