Brandon Ledford, Vice President of MGT’s Human Capital practice, recently received his Change Management Certification through Prosci, a global leader in change management who has trained a certified over 50,000 change management practitioners worldwide. This certification program will help MGT augment its change management methodology and will be implemented throughout the company.
MGT joins an illustrious group of companies which have had practitioners certified through Prosci, including Adobe, Kraft, Columbia, and Duke Energy. Prosci has been providing change management training, advisory services, and licensing for more than 20 years.
