
January 26, 2020 – (Clearwater, FL) On January 25th, over 50 local senior home care providers were recognized for their exceptional service to the Bay areas senior community at the 1st Annual Tampa Bay Exceptional Caregiver of Year Awards at Countryside Country Club. Six Home Helpers franchises, serving 4 Bay area counties nominated caregivers that have illustrated Home Helper’s commitment to client satisfaction throughout the year. Last night, one exceptional caregiver was awarded the 2020 Home Helpers Exceptional Caregiver of the Year.
Suzanne Reeves is a Tampa native and current resident of Cheval in Lutz. Suzanne was as a lab technician in the Army during the Vietnam era and obtained her Masters degree in Speech Pathology from USF in 1976. She sits on the of the Board of Florida Bay Performing Arts Center since 1982 and is a member of Idlewild Baptist Church.
Suzanne began caregiving when she cared for her Grandmother and then her brother’s mother-in-law. She has been a loyal and exceptional caregiver for Home Helpers of Westchase for the past 6 years.

In addition to the title of Exceptional Caregiver of the Year, Suzanne was also awarded a cruise. She can pick the Cruise line, the destination and the time of the year, valued at $1000.
