St. Stefanos’ Super Greek Festival in St. Petersburg, Florida is a joyous, family friendly, authentic celebration of Greek Food, Culture, Dance and Traditions! At our festival, all our welcome with open arms, and there is truly something for everyone to enjoy and celebrate. Come dine, dance and party with us!
FOOD: Year after year, festival goers rave about our food. Try some of our authentic, fresh and exquisite cuisine straight from Greece. Our church parishioners make most of our festival’s food from scratch. Some of the favorites are, Saganaki (Flaming Greek Cheese), Pastichio, Dolmades, Lamb Shank, Greek Meatballs, Chicken and Pork Souvlaki, and Genuine Hand-Stacked Pork Gyros straight from the streets of Athens, Come taste for yourself what all the hype is about!
BEER AND WINE: Come order your favorite Greek Adult beverages such as Ouzo, Metaxa and Greek Beer and Wine. Enjoy your beverages underneath our 20,000 sq ft OPA! TENT while lounging in our tented Beer, Wine and Ouzo Garden!
PASTRIES AND SWEETS: We have a full selection of Greek Pastries including Baklava, Koulourakia, Finikia, Kourambiedes, Diples, Galaktoboureko, Bougatsa, and more. We are also most proud of our crowd-pleasing delicious Loukomades (Greek Golden Fried Honey Puffs)! And don’t forget to try a traditional Greek Coffee or Greece’s official summer drink—Iced Nescafe Frappe – while devouring your Greek sweets.
SHOP: Enjoy several merchandise vendors that are selling Greek and other eclectic jewelry, soaps, closing, music, oils, foods, and other fun and interesting handcrafted items.
DANCE: There will be a large outdoor covered area where uplifting DJ’s will be rocking the outside OPA! Tent. The authentic Greek Band “Dimitri & The Islanders” will be performing traditional Greek Music. Also, be sure to see our KEFI Greek Youth Dance Troupe and other KEFI Greek Dancers! They will be performing throughout the festival and teaching young and old alike how-to Greek Dance with the best of them – for Free!
ENTERTAINMENT FOR KIDS: We will feature Amusement rides or bounce houses, rock wall, and games of all kinds for children of all ages.
CULTURE AND RELIGION: During our festival you can also learn not only about our culture (by visiting our culture room where you can learn about ancient Greece and the times of the Greek Gods and Goddesses), but also about our religion – Orthodox Christianity– by enjoying a guided Church Tour!
Cost:
No parking charge. 3$ per person for day. $5 per person for all weekend entry pass. 12 and under, active military and law enforcement, armed forces veterans, and 75 and over FREE!
