PulteGroup’s West Florida Division Announces Plans for Second Bexley Community

Master-planned development will offer resort style amenities, prime location
TAMPA – (December. XX, 2019) – PulteGroup’s West Florida Division has announced plans for a second community in Bexley, a master-planned development located in Land O’ Lakes that offers some of the top amenities in the area. The company, which currently has Del Webb Bexley under construction, will also offer single-family homes under their Pulte Homes brand that will start in the upper $200s.

“Bexley is a community that will serve residents at all stages of life. In addition to our Del Webb community there which was designed for those 55 and older, we wanted to be able to offer younger families a prime opportunity to live within this community,” said Sean Strickler, President of Pulte’s West Florida Division.

The model units will open before the end of the year, with sales starting in early January and the grand opening scheduled for January 18th.

Bexley residents will be able to enjoy activity parks, nature walks, and bike trails. The club comes equipped with two resort-style pools, a fitness center and an on-site cafe. Kids will also enjoy a game room, BMX Pump Track and bike shop.

Families will appreciate Bexley because of its proximity to A-rated Pasco County schools: Bexley Elementary, Charles S. Rushe Middle and Sunlake High. Bexley Elementary is a 1-minute drive from the Pulte community, and the middle and high schools are each less than 10 minutes away.

The community offers three home designs of 3-5 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms and 2-car garages. The two-story Seamist is ideal for larger families with a kitchen that connects to dining and gathering areas, and a spacious loft of over 225 square feet. The owner’s suite has a private bath and large walk-in closet.
