The Largest Boat Show On The Gulf Coast Sails Into St. Petersburg

The 42ndAnnual St. Petersburg Power & Sailboat Show Kicks Off Today 
Bringing New Powerboats, Cruising and Sailing Seminars, Free Sailboat Rides & More
WHAT:  The 42nd Annual St. Petersburg Power and Sailboat Show kicks-
off today Thursday, Dec. 5 and runs through Sunday, Dec. 8.  With more
than 400 power and sailboats and 250 exhibitors, over 60 free
educational Cruising and Sailing Seminarsled by industry experts,
complimentary Sailboat Rides, Kids Fishing Clinics, and an expanded
exhibition tent housing the latest in marine gear and accessories, the
largest boat show on the Gulf Coast will have plenty of action for locals
and visitors to enjoy. 
WHEN: Thursday – Sunday, Dec. 5 – 8, 2019
              Thursday (Dec. 5) and Friday (Dec. 6): 10:00am to 6pm
              Saturday (Dec. 7): 10am to 7pm
              Sunday (Dec. 8): 10am to 5pm WHERE: Duke Energy Center for
the Arts, Mahaffey Theater Yacht Basin and Albert Whitted Park: 400 1st Street South, St. Petersburg, FL 33701      

ADMISSION: Tickets are $19; Free admission for children ages 15 and
younger; Free admission for Veterans and Active Duty Military

PARKING: Mahaffey Theater located at the downtown waterfront.
Visitors can also ride the Downtown Looper Trolley with stops on First
Street along the Mahaffey Theater. Visit www.loopertrolley.com for
schedules.

*Please note that parking will be unavailable at the Mahaffrey Theater on
Saturday due to a private event. Show-goers are encouraged to use local
city garages on Saturday as an alternative or the Downtown Looper
Trolley.

 FREE SAILBOAT RIDES SCHEDULE (45 Minutes – One Hour)
In order to reserve a sailboat ride, guests must sign up on location at the Sailing Florida tent at the end of the Ramp 2. There will also be running electric boats, jet skis, and paddleboards. The free sailboat rides are presented by Sailing Florida Charters.

Open to kids ages 4-16. The class will be instructed by Captain Don Dingman.

Sunday, Dec. 8 | 1PM – 2PM & 3PM – 4PM
