December 3, 2019 by Post

KISSIMMEE  — Hold Thyssen, Inc., a full-service commercial property firm with offices in Clearwater and Winter Park, recently closed on a five-year lease to a community-based provider of substance abuse and behavioral health services at 1216 Patrick St. in Kissimmee.     Martin Forster CCIM, of Hold-Thyssen, negotiated the transaction representing the building’s landlord, 1217 Patrick St, LLC.

Serving Children and Reaching Families, LLC (SCARF) represented by Agent Trust Realty, leased a 2,450 square foot suite in the building.   SCARF provides counseling, coaching and case management for children, adolescents and adults. They also have a location in Orlando.    “The tenant was seeking premises that could be customized to meet their needs in the South Kissimmee market near the medical services area off John Young Parkway,” Forster said.

Hold-Thyssen provides commercial property brokerage, leasing and management services to institutional and private investor clients nationwide.  The 40-year old firm’s current management portfolio includes more that 100 commercial properties throughout the United States.
