SARASOTA, FL (November 7, 2019) – Bogati Urns is proud to announce the addition of another two team members.
“I’ve always said the success of Bogati Urns is in large part due to our outstanding team, and I’m excited to welcome Kelly Knake and Kimber Dudek to help keep our success going, ” said company owner, Andrea Bogard LeBlanc.
Kelly Knake joins the Bogati team as director of sales. Knake comes to the company with four years experience as a Naval Aviation Life Support Technician during Desert Shield/Desert Storm, 10 years as office manager in various industries, and 14 years as a global account rep for a wholesale seal distributor catering to the aviation, aerospace, automotive, military, agriculture, and medical industries. She is also a published writer & poet. In her role at Bogati, Knake will help guide the team into the next decade and beyond as both the funeral industry and company evolve, grow, and innovate.
“I am excited to join Bogati because Andrea is a dynamic entrepreneur who surrounds herself with terrific people and has an infectious ‘why not?’ philosophy. The team is a well-oiled, creative machine and I’m honored to have been chosen to be a part of it,” Knake said.
Also joining the Bogati team is Kimber Dudek as a sales representative with 15 years of experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples assisting corporate clients with their incentive gift needs. Prior to that, also at The Ritz, she turned brides’ decor and flower visions into reality. Dudek is also a bookbinder who had her own handmade paper, books, and accessories shop in Alexandria, VA for many years. She will utilize her versatile experience in her role at Bogati to reach out to current and future customers with the latest cremation products.
“I love the idea of a woman-owned business – and a successful one at that!” said Dudek. “Andrea and I just clicked right away. She’s gutsy and kind and has built a small company with big potential. I think that’s the perfect fit for me.”
With the addition of these two professionals, the Bogati Urns team now totals 10 employees, as well as a handful of commissioned sales reps.
“It’s been a blessing to have the staff that I do, and I’m thrilled that both Kimber and Kel are part of our growing team,” Bogard LeBlanc said. “I feel so fortunate to have the opportunity to work with such talented people. Each and every one brings to the team a unique skill set which complements the others. Not to mention, we genuinely like and care about each other. It doesn’t get better than that.”
