iSeatz is pleased to announce Kenneth Purcell as the moderator of two panels at upcoming travel shows in Tampa on October 29 and 30.
On October 29th, Purcell will sit down with industry experts at the Loyalty Fraud Prevention Association’s annual conference to moderate a session titled “Educating your customers in preventing Fraud: From Terms and Conditions to social media, helping customers to manage the risk?”
According to Forter’s latest Fraud Attack Index, fraud attack rates against airlines increased over the last year by 61%.
Panelists include executives from KLM, Chargebacks 911, and Kobie loyalty.
On October 30th, Purcell will again take the stage at Airline Information’s Mega Conference and discuss with industry experts about the current and future state of ancillary products in a session titled “Are the classic big 3 ancillary revenue drivers being overtaken with the new big 3? Is there a conflict between in house and 3rd party ancillaries?”
According to the 2019 Cartrawler’s Yearbook of Ancillary Revenue, ancillary revenue can make between 25%-47% of major airline’s total revenue.
