Empath Health announced the promotions of Jennifer Kaminsky, LCSW, MBA as Vice President of Home Health and Elder Services and Karen Davis-Pritchett, M.Ed. as Vice President of Access and Inclusion effective October 1. The promotions are an effort to realign the executive team to better support Empath Health’s sustained growth and propel it into the future.
Kaminsky leads Suncoast PACE, Empath Home Health, private duty services as well as future elder care services. Since 2017 she has served as Executive Director of Suncoast PACE where she was instrumental in growing the program in number of participants and services offered. Previously she was director of Professional and Community Outreach and a hospice care team manager. Kaminsky received her MBA in administration from Baker College and her Master of Social Work from the University of Central Florida
Davis-Pritchett leads the community admissions team for Suncoast Hospice as well as the organization’s diversity and inclusion efforts. Since 2016 she has served as Director of Professional and Community Outreach where under her leadership more members of our community have accessed care and the Traditions/Tradiciones program was created to better speak to the needs of our African Americans, Hispanic and Jewish communities. Davis-Pritchett received her Masters of Education in counseling psychology from Howard University and her bachelors in English education from Florida State University.
