Spring Hill, Florida (October 14, 2019) – Access Health Care Physicians, LLC, is pleased to welcome Johanna Gilbreath Asquith, MD, to its medical staff. Dr. Asquith specializes in infectious diseases and will practice at 14690 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, Florida 34609. Call 352-799-4206 to schedule an appointment.
Dr. Asquith comes to Access Health Care directly from completing a fellowship in infectious diseases at the University of South Florida in Tampa. She completed a residency in internal medicine at Mount Carmel Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, as well as two years of an anatomic and clinical pathology residency at Ohio State University. She received her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada and holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a biology major from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, Arkansas. Prior to attending medical school, she also worked as a nurse at Baptist Health Medical Center in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
Dr. Asquith board certified in internal medicine and is ACLS and BLS certified. She is a member of the Infectious Disease Society of America, the American College of Physicians and the American Medical Association.
Patients ages 18 years of age and over are welcome.
