LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla. – Halfacre Construction Company, a Lakewood Ranch-based commercial construction company, recently selected Rick Milhoan for the position of senior project manager.
An accomplished construction professional, Milhoan brings more than 28 years of project experience at the executive and management levels to Halfacre Construction Company. To date, he has managed complex construction projects with an accumulative value of more than $800 million.
Milhoan’s breadth of project management expertise includes the governmental, education, commercial, pharmaceutical, industrial manufacturing and infrastructure sectors for new and renovation projects.
“Through his training in civil engineering technologies and site work contractor experience, Rick is well equipped to assist our team during the design process and beyond,” said Jack Cox, president of Halfacre Construction Company. “His knowledge in construction project management will further bolster our extensive pre-construction expertise that truly sets our team apart.”
Previously, he served as the president and project executive at an Ohio-based construction company. During his time there, he was responsible for the day-to-day operations, including all pre-construction and construction phase construction management services.
An Ohio native, Milhoan is a certified construction manager through the Construction Management Association of America, a LEED-accredited professional through the United States Green Building Council and a recognized educational facility planner through the Association for Learning Environments.
