Lenobel Company Acquired the 2,940-SF Retail Property from Brandon Gas and Grocery, LLC
TAMPA, FL, September 30, 2019 – Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $3.32 million sale of a 2,940-square-foot retail property in Brandon, Florida, a densely populated suburban area located east of Tampa. The freestanding asset is triple-net leased to 7 Eleven, Inc., the largest convenience store chain in the world, with +13.5 years remaining on the initial lease term.
The Cushman & Wakefield Retail Investment Sales Team of Managing Director Patrick Berman, Managing Director Jason Donald and Senior Associate Todd Tolbert represented Brandon Gas and Grocery LLC in the disposition. The buyer is Lenobel Company.
Situated on 0.77 acres, the convenience store and gas station property was completed in 2018 as a build-to-suit.
The property benefits from a central location in a densely populated area with over 100,000 residents within a three-mile radius. At 700 W. Brandon Blvd., the asset has a prominent hard corner location at the fully signalized intersection of South Kings Avenue and Brandon Boulevard (State Road 60), which has a traffic count of 72,500 vehicles per day.
