On September 24th, at 4:00 p.m. the Engel & Völkers Madeira Beach luxury real estate shop located at 14225 Gulf Blvd, Madeira Beach, FL 33708 hosted a class with a focus on working with Sellers which was followed by a professional happy hour at the Treasure Island Resort. This hour-long class was free of charge and welcomed Realtors® from multiple real estate companies across the Tampa Bay area. Cherie Pattishall and Certified Negotiation Expert, Michael Wyckoff, led the discussion and about thirty licensed Realtors® were in attendance.
