Break the Grip of the Rip: Rip Current Awareness Event 

St. Pete Beach, FL: On Saturday, October 5, the City of St Pete Beach is hosting a rip current awareness event in memory of Cameron Bullard from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. at 900 Gulf Way on the Patio of Paradise Grille. This is a free family event with face painting, activities, free hot dogs and drinks. The event begins with a vigil on the beach for Cameron Bullard at 10 a.m. 

This event is presented by St Pete Beach Fire and Recreation Departments, Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, U.S Coast Guard, and Chick-Fil-A. For more information contact Jennifer, Parks and Recreation Director at 727-363-9245 or rddirector@stpetebeach.org
