TAMPA, FL Four time Emmy award winning journalist Sarina Fazan will emcee this year’s U-S Chamber of Commerce 2019 Banyan Ball. This year’s event has special significance. The chamber marks its 20th year anniversary.
Fazan, was born in India and moved to the United States at the age of two. She launched a blog this year www.sarinafazan.com. The signature articles are entitled Indian Trailblazer, where she shares her remarkable journey of choosing a career over an arranged marriage.
She is also working on multiple other projects, including weighing in on a special series called Vengeance.” The show is the first ever collaboration between CNN & SKY News and is shown internationally.
This year’s Banyan Ball will be held at Armature Works on Saturday, September 14th at 6:30 p.m. The event celebrates the Indo-US business community. This year’s award honorees include:

• Businessman of the Year: Aakash Patel, Founder & CEO of Elevate
• Businesswoman of the Year: “Dr. V” Manjusri Vennamaneni, Chief Medical Director Access Health Care Physicians
