Hardeman Kempton & Associates, Inc. is pleased to be designing the expansion of Freedom Playground at MacFarlane Park for the City of Tampa Parks and Recreation Department. Freedom Playground was created in partnership with the Center for Autism & Related Disabilities at USF. It was Tampa’s first boundless playground where children of all abilities can play side by side.
