
TAMPA – ForCare Medical Group in Tampa has hired dermatologist Dr. C. Drew Claudel, MD to join its impressive team of doctors. Dr. Claudel is now seeing patients at the new state-of-the-art ForCare Medical Center East at 15416 N. Florida Ave., Tampa, 33613.
Dr. Claudel is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs’ surgeon with more than 18 years of experience delivering high quality and compassionate care. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the Louisiana State University Medical Center and his Bachelor of Science in Biologic and Environmental Science at McNeese State University in Lake Charles, La.
Dr. Claudel completed a dermatology residency at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tenn., where he was chief dermatology resident. He completed his Mohs surgery fellowship training at Louisiana State University Medical Center in New Orleans, La.
Having recently relocated to Tampa, Dr. Claudel was featured as a Nashville Top Doctor in the magazine Nashville Lifestyles.
Dr. Claudel’s current professional associations include: American Academy of Dermatology (AAD); American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS); American College of Mohs Surgery (ACMS); American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS).
