Primerica Group One, Inc. of Tampa, Florida is excited to announce the scheduled September 19th opening of its newest Publix anchored retail center, Gateway Commons of Manatee. This initial phase will feature the opening of Publix’s latest prototype (48,387 sf) and 9,800 sf of shop space soon to follow.
Situated immediately east of the I-75/Moccasin Wallow Road interchange (Exit 229), the 28-acre site is located at the newly improved signalized intersection of Moccasin Wallow and Buffalo Roads. In addition to a Publix Super Market, leases have been signed with Publix Liquors, Yummy Sushi Bistro, Nail Boutique & Spa, Jets Pizza, and Heartland Dental. At buildout, Gateway Commons will have some 83,000 sf of in line retail space plus several prime outparcels.
