Working with the City of St. Petersburg. Phase 2 included receiving the rights to use 84th Ave. N for the build out of the newly completed parking lot. The lot includes 88 parking spots along with landscaping, retention pond and vinyl fencing along the perimeter facing 5th St. N to provide privacy to the neighboring community.
