The owner(s) have neglected to pay vendor bills, utility costs, management fees, and have neglected the multifamily residence located on West 28th while attempting to run from their financial obligations.
Vetted attorney review has indicated that the property has increased in value during the tenure of Blue Peak Realty’s management and the illegitimate claims of poor management practices are false and unwarranted.
