Thursday Night Gatherings to Focus on Goal Setting, Self-Awareness and More
Tampa, Fla. – University Area CDC (Community Development Corporation) is offering a free six-week class in topics like goal setting, stress management and relationships to men in the University Area, starting August 22.
“Wellness U encourages men to become the best versions of themselves, helping participants come together in a supportive fellowship of men to develop the knowledge, attitudes and skillset to achieve success in their lives and relationships,” says Sarah Combs, CEO and executive director of University Area CDC.

- Finding Focus and Success
- Relationships
- Stress Management
The group will meet at University Area Community Center in Annex C at 14013 N. 22th St., Tampa, every Thursday from August 22 through September 26 from 6-8 p.m. Participants should commit to attend every meeting.
