Ferreira, purchased the $44.4 million, 400-unit LakeBridge apartment community located at 8301 Sandstone Lake Drive in Tampa’s Town ’n’ Country neighborhood.The resort-style lakeside community, being re-branded and marketed as The Park at Lake Como, is now managed by Tampa-based Blue Roc Premier Properties, LLC, a premier management company also headed by Randy X. Ferreira, CPM, Principal/CEO. Representing a purchase price of $111,000 per unit, and currently exceeding 96 percent occupancy, the 31-building property near Tampa International Airport offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units and excellent site amenities.

Jason Stanton, Managing Director of Berkadia’s Tampa office, and Cole Whitaker, Senior Managing Director of Berkadia’s Orlando office, brokered the transaction. BB&T Real Estate Funding was the lender, and Grandbridge Real Estate Capital brokered the debt for the purchase. Insula Cos. was the seller.
