PulteGroup’s West Florida Division has announced the expansion of the marketing team with the addition of Brittany Young as Marketing Manager. The move comes in response to the growth the division has in the works for 2019 and beyond.
In her role, Young is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day marketing operations for the division, including assisting with the organization of events, maintaining accuracy of data, and executing a master marketing plan to establish sales leads and deliver the company’s mission to the public.
Prior to joining the Pulte team, Young was the Regional Property Manager for Greystar in Tampa, St. Petersburg and Sarasota. She has experience in property management, marketing, advertising, public relations and social media management.
“Brittany brings several years of top-level marketing experience to our team,” said Sean Strickler, President of Pulte’s West Florida division. “With her added insight and experience in real estate marketing and property management, we’ll be able to deliver the Pulte experience we strive for with every community we open and every buyer we come across.”
The West Florida Division is working to deliver multiple new communities this year including Del Webb Bexley and Epperson, which boasts one of the first Crystal Lagoons in the United States.
Young earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
