Dr. Nancy P. Crews is Chief Executive Officer and owner of Custom Manufacturing & Engineering™ (CME™), an electronic & electrical designer and manufacturer of power management/distribution equipment, sensors, and test & calibration equipment with a 20 year history of performance.

Stacie Miller is the Chief Executive Officer of Sencommunications, Inc., a WBE, WOSB and HubZone certified business, where she has spent over 28 years working in the field of communication technology products and services.  

Tricia Ricke, VP and CFO for Federal Contracts Corp, a service-disabled owned, hubzone certified company providing heavy equipment, through rent or purchase, to federal agencies for over 15 years. Tricia has more than 25 years in sales, marketing and management experience in the database and managerial sectors.  

Mercedes Young, CEO, Vivid Consulting Group:  Mercedes is the majority owner of a Tampa-based civil engineering/surveying company. Currently, her company has made great gains in the energy vertical, mostly serving as a sub-contractor to some very recognizable companies in that sector. 

Moderator:  Lauren Weiner, President of Wittenberg Weiner Consulting was recently awarded the largest contract to a women-owned business in the history of the US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), making WWC one of the largest government contracting firms in the Tampa Bay region
