July 22, 2019 by Post

NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. (July 22, 2019) – Longleaf Workplace located on Starkey Blvd. in Trinity offers full service executive suites, including business internet, conference space and virtual office services with business telephone and voice mail; the first office facility of its kind in the Trinity market.

“We already have more than 25 companies operating out of Longleaf Workplace and have room for more” said Ed Mazur, P.E. President of Florida Land and Design. “The concept grew organically as business models have changed over the years and we noticed a demand for these services from business needing a satellite office and the entrepreneurs in Trinity.”

Longleaf Workplace is strategically located in what has become a center of business activity in the Trinity area. Future development will create a crossroad surrounded by businesses at State Road 54 and Starkey Blvd., increasing commerce and new business opportunity.

“This market is a hotbed of small business and entrepreneurial activity and a facility like Longleaf Workplace will make a big impact on business growth and success”, said Heidi Tuttle-Beisner, Broker and Owner of Commercial Asset Partners Realty. “There are a few of these types of facilities showing success in Tampa Bay and Longleaf Workplace is sure to make an impact on the Trinity business community.”

Longleaf Workplace will offer many services and amenities needed by new and growing businesses, including; receptionist services, business phone number and voicemail, business speed and quality internet, use of conference room, 24/7 building access, breakroom, notary and document shredding services.

“I know being in a business environment for any new or growing business is critical for success,” said Mazur, “Longleaf Workplace offers members an opportunity to talk with other business owners about new ideas or challenges which is hard to do if you are working from home or a coffeehouse.”

Longleaf Workplace is looking into the future expansion of services to include business resources and classes to encourage the success of members and business owners in the Trinity area.
