Kristin Votta, founder and senior leadership coach of Votta Coaching & Consulting, has announced the successful completion of the company’s first active business year, offering leadership development programs and executive coaching. Moving into year two, the company is expanding and rebranding to The Votta Group, a management consulting and leadership development firm, headquartered in Tampa, Florida, with an international reach.
Votta has been coaching leadership programs and facilitating seminars for more than fifteen years. Since starting her own management consulting firm, she created the Votta Exercise™, which has been used by nonprofits, entrepreneurs, and leaders from Fortune 500 companies to achieve new results.

Johnson recently returned to the United States after 27 years in Australia. While overseas, he founded Pelorus International Pty Ltd with head office in Melbourne, a highly visible and leading provider of direct and channel management planning and advisory services to the high technology sector across Asia Pacific. His company was engaged by many of the global leaders in technology such as Oracle/Netsuite, NEC, Salesforce.com, HP, and large telecommunications companies in Australia/New Zealand.
Also adding to The Votta Group’s roster of new consultants is Sarah Sweeny. She is a results-driven senior leader with a proven track record of creating and delivering strategic product plans from ideation through commercial maintenance. With unique Fortune 500 experience leading both software and hardware portfolio teams, Sweeny has launched more than fifteen medical device and pharmaceutical products. She is an expert at establishing focus and fostering innovation to drive brand equity, customer loyalty, and top line revenue. Sweeny will be operating as a consultant for The Votta Group, specializing in strategy and market development.
