Tampa, FL (July, 1 2019) – J. Michael Strahan, MAB, ALC and Jack Koehler, CCIM, closed on 1,776 acres of agricultural land in Citrus County, Florida for $6,420,900. The property, which is located at 7001 Stage Coach Trail, Floral City, is currently used for cattle and growing watermelon.
Michael and Jack represented the seller, Throgmartin-Henke Ranch, LLP an Indiana-based limited liability partnership. The Buyer purchased the property as part of a 1031 exchange. They plan to continue using the land for farming.
