
Tampa, Fla. — Hold-Thyssen, LLC, a full service commercial real estate firm with offices in Clearwater and Winter Park, recently represented I.D. Systems (NASDAQ: IDSY) and their Tampa-based PowerFleet for Industrial division in a new long-term lease of 25,301 square feet of flex space at Vector I, 6204 Benjamin Rd.
Carol L. Kinnard, commercial associate at Hold-Thyssen, identified multiple locations near the Veterans Expressway / Suncoast Parkway corridor before Vector I was selected by the tenant.
The PowerFleet for Industrial division designs, manufactures and supplies a broad range of industry-leading electronic solutions for the world-wide industrial truck market that serves thousands of customers across multiple sectors including industrial conglomerates, heavy equipment manufacturers, retailers, and government institutions. With rapid product growth and demand, the tenant experienced corporate growth requiring expansion from a location with only 3,878 square feet.

Kinnard said the new Benjamin Road flex space will require tenant improvements that will produce a state-of-the-art facility for the PowerFleet division, which expects to increase staffing at this location by 10 people within three to five years.
