
Tampa, Fla. – June 27, 2019 – Carlton Fields Shareholder Kevin P. McCoy was elected to serve on the Board of Directors of The Florida Bar Foundation, a statewide 501(c)(3) public charity that provides funding for legal aid and improvements in the administration of justice. His term begins July 1.
McCoy is a trial lawyer and business counselor whose practice includes the prosecution and defense of business litigation and complex claims, and the defense of product liability and toxic tort claims. His matters have ranged from defending small business owners to handling bet-the-business claims for major corporations.
McCoy earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his B.A., with honors, from the University of Florida.
