The Bradenton Area Economic Development Corp. (EDC), in collaboration with Enterprise Florida, invites Florida manufacturers and companies in the marine and life sciences industries to participate in an export sales mission to the Netherlands, November 14-15, 2019. Space is limited to the first 10 companies to register.
“This trade mission provides an excellent opportunity for businesses in the region to explore a new international market, to sell their product or service and potentially gain global market share,” said Sharon Hillstrom, EDC president and CEO.
With more than $1.3 billion of merchandise shipped in 2018, a 12 percent increase over the previous year, the Netherlands ranks as Florida’s 13th largest export market, according to Enterprise Florida. The Netherlands is the 17th largest economy in the world, and 10th in gross domestic product per capita. It has the 62nd largest population with approximately 17 million in habitants.
