Ballast Point Capital LLC recently closed on the acquisition of a 20,546 square foot office building located at 12360 66th Street in Largo. Known as ‘Smart Sixty-Six,’ the single-story building sits on 2.1 acres and provides office space–both private and shared–for approximately 60 tenants working in the fields of technology, art, professional services and entrepreneurship.
The seller, McMercer LLC, purchased the property in 2008 and converted the building’s use from a vocational school to office space, making it a popular hub for local business.
