Safety Harbor, Fla., June th20, 2019 – Gigglewaters officially throws their hat into the brunch ring in the only way they know how, BIG! Featuring eleven new breakfast items and a new spin on a brunch staple.
Bringing such a large selection of brand new items to their menu was no easy task. Over the past few months, the team at Gigglewaters put everything they had into creating a brand new menu, led by their dedicated owners. Richie & Rachel Wilson came to Tampa Bay from New York City, where they take their brunching seriously. “We’re from New York, and brunch up there isn’t a meal- it’s a way of life,” says Wilson. “We were so excited to launch this brunch menu full of ridiculously delicious foods.”
The new brunch menu features savory dishes sure to set off fireworks in your mouth, like the Gatsby omelet, stuffed with chorizo & cream cheese, smoked gouda & diced tomatoes. Another favorite is El Guapo breakfast burrito with a plethora of chorizo, scrambled eggs, tater tots, pimento and American cheese stuffed in a tortilla and fried golden. Served with a side of El Guaco aioli.
Not an egg fan? Try the Gaston; a beautiful french toast with bourbon caramel cream cheese & house-roasted pecans. Every generously portioned entrée is priced at $15 and includes coffee, juice, mimosa, sangria or their house-made roasted garlic Bloody Mary.
Gigglewaters has become known for putting their own spin on old time favorites, and their new brunch menu continues that trend. Customers who wish for more than one cocktail can turn their brunch into “Drunch”; for $10 more, you can enjoy one-hour of bottomless mimosas or bubbly of the day.
Kick back & indulge in the new Gigglewaters brunch menu every Saturday and Sunday from 10am-2pm. Starting in July, service industry employees will be invited to enjoy Brunch and Drunch, along with all other service specials, on Mondays. Brunch menu also available in the Gigglewaters Screening Room. To check showtimes or purchase movie tickets, visit Gigglewaters.com/movies.
