Hudson, Fla. — Hold-Thyssen, LLC, a full service commercial real estate firm in Clearwater, closed on the sale of two commercial parcels totaling 2.21 acres on S.R. 52 near Ridgecrest Drive in Hudson.

Carol L. Kinnard, Transaction Specialist for Hold-Thyssen brokered the sale representing the sellers Margaret Heveran Trust and William and David Murcko who received their full asking price totaling $130,000.   The parcels with 380 feet of frontage on a major east-west route through Pasco County were sold together to provide ample buildable space.
