
Lakeland, FL — Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding employee every month as part of their Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. The PEER Award is given to a Clinic employee who best exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that Watson Clinic strives to excel at every day. The following employee was recognized for this current month:
Daniel “Tip” Jenkins – June
Daniel “Tip” Jenkins, a senior analyst in Watson Clinic’s Clinical Informatics department, was recently named the recipient of the Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award for the month of June. Tip has been with the Clinic for 10 years, and is known for always putting the patient first. He played a pivotal role in implementing Watson Clinic’s MyChart patient portal platform.
As PEER Award winner, Tip received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot and a gift certificate from the Medical Spa at Watson Clinic LLP to acknowledge his contributions to the organization.
