Tampa, FL- PulteGroup’s West Florida Division has announced the hiring of Jeff Deason as Vice President of Land Planning and Development.
In this new role, Deason will play an integral part in land development and entitlements with multiple projects over the division’s geographic area. He will also be responsible for leading the division’s land development team, timely and accurate design and installation of land development improvements, HOA administration and managing of the division’s engineers, consultants and attorneys.
In his previous roles, including a previous stint with PulteGroup’s Del Webb brand in Las Vegas, Deason held similar responsibilities. Deason moved to Tampa with Taylor Morrison to lead their land department four years ago and is excited to re-join PulteGroup.
“Jeff is a very talented operator,” said Sean Strickler, Pulte’s West Florida Division President. “Jeff’s extensive experience in planning and development combined with his educational background and leadership skills make him a great addition to the West Florida team.”
Deason earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
