ODESSA, FL—Openwater Church will bust out the big (slime) guns at Super Slime Camp, held nightly June 17-21 from 6 to 8 p.m. for children K3 through entering sixth grade.
Children will learn the superpowers of courage, self-control, forgiveness, and compassion while getting a little slimy along the way. Super Slime Camp includes high-energy songs, stories, crafts, and creative lessons. “Our team absolutely loves Slime Camp, and so do the kids,” Children’s Director Ruthy Brown said. “When they realize it’s okay to get messy, they are all in!”
The second annual slime camp is designed to give kids a safe, creative, dynamic space to learn positive life lessons while providing a break for parents during the long summer months. The week wraps up with a slime war on the final night. “The highlight of the week is definitely the slime war on Friday night,” Brown shared. “It’s an epic battle, and no one leaves dry, adults included.”
The cost for Super Slime Camp is $10 per child, which covers snacks each night, crafts, games, all slime supplies, and a t-shirt. Register at http://www.openwaterchurch.com/events/super-slime-camp. For more information, contact Ruthy Brown at (813) 920-9922 or office@openwaterchurch.com.
