The 17 buildings, includes Sunstate Industrial Park comprised of 6 buildings. The properties total 466,460 square feet at 8501, 8503, 8505, 8507, 8509, 8511, 8513, 8516 Sunstate Street, 6608 Anderson Road, 5102-5110 West Clifton Street Sunstate Street, 5128-5136 Clifton Street, 5013 W. Hillsborough Avenue, 5015 W. Hillsborough Street, 4410 West Crest Avenue, 6375 Harney Road, 5872 Orient Road, and 5018 24th Avenue South.
Redstone acquired the property from Roth Investment Partnership. “We decided to purchase the properties to increase our Industrial portfolio,” said Jonathan Levy, Managing Partner, Redstone Investments. “We think the strong Industrial market is a great asset class to invest in today.”
