Grace Yang to be installed as president of Hillsborough County Bar Association
TAMPA, Fla., June 4, 2019 – GrayRobinson, P.A. is pleased to announce that alcohol beverage attorney and Shareholder Grace H. Yang will be sworn in as president of the Hillsborough County Bar Association (HCBA) for the 2019 term. In addition to Yang, Hannah Becker, Sarah Parrow and Josef Rosen will also assume leadership positions with the HCBA.
Becker has been elected to the board of HCBA’s Young Lawyer Division (YLD), Parrow has been appointed as programs chair for the 2019-2020 bar year and Rosen has been appointed as co-chair of the association’s Securities Section.

In her practice, Yang focuses on multistate compliance issues for alcohol beverage and food vendors, as well as multistate alcohol, hotel, restaurant and occupational licensing work. She represents alcohol and hospitality industry members before local, state and federal administrative agencies while advising clients on various land use matters, including alcohol-related conditional or special use permitting and variance issues, drafting and negotiating various types of agreements, and other matters affecting hospitality industry members.
Yang has been a member of the HCBA for more than 20 years, seven of which she has served on the board.
The HCBA is one of the largest voluntary bar associations in Florida with a membership close to 4,000 attorneys, judges and legal professionals. It has earned a national reputation for its outstanding programs and events. Its mission is to inspire and promote respect for the law and the justice system through service to the legal profession and the community. The HCBA has one of the largest and strongest Young Lawyers Divisions in the state. The mission of the YLD is to support the initiatives and goals of the HCBA, promote professionalism and ethical conduct, provide guidance and support to new lawyers, provide educational opportunities for its members, organize programs and events of interest to young lawyers, and encourage community involvement.
Becker and Yang will be sworn in at the association’s Installation of HCBA Officers & Directors on Thursday, June 6 at 5 p.m. Eastern.
