Spring Hill, Florida (May 31, 2019) – Oak Hill Hospital is pleased to announce the appointment of Austin Brown as Vice President of Operations. Austin comes to Oak Hill Hospital from Bayfront Health in St. Petersburg where he recently served as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Brown began his career with Upstate Carolina Medical Center in Gaffney, South Carolina, where he served in various operational leadership roles while learning the importance of a community hospital. He then relocated to Crystal River, Florida to work at Seven Rivers Regional Medical Center where he served as the COO and CEO.
Mr. Brown holds a Master of Health Administration degree from the Medical University of South Carolina as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Clemson University. He is also a graduate of Leadership Citrus and was recognized as a Top Performer Under 40. In his spare time, you may find him spending time with his family, golfing, fishing, boating, traveling and attending sporting events.
