June 1st event will reveal Oasis and Driftwood models
Wesley Chapel, Fla. – PulteGroup’s West Florida Division will celebrate the grand opening of Wesbridge, the latest community the 3rd largest homebuilder in the country is bringing to life in the Wesley Chapel region. The event, scheduled for June 1st from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., will give guests the opportunity to tour the newly decorated model homes, the Oasis and Driftwood.
In March 2018, PulteGroup announced the acquisition of 104 acres for the 350 single-family home Centex community at 30411 Marquette Avenue. The community features three different home series starting from the low $200’s on 40’, 50’ and 60’ wide home sites, several of which back up to open space, preservations and water. Other Wesbridge amenities include a resort style zero-entry pool, splash playground, tot lot and dog park.
Wesbridge is conveniently located near I-75, I-275, SR 54, the Wiregrass Mall and the Premium Outlet Mall, giving residents easy access to the area’s attractions and nightlife. It is also in close proximity to Wesley Chapel’s highly-desired schools, located across the street from Wesley Chapel Elementary School, Weightman Middle School and Wesley Chapel High School.

Prices for the new homes start in the low $200s. Wesbridge is PulteGroup’s third community in Wesley Chapel. Their first, Country Walk, sold out in February of 2017. Their second is Epperson, the highly-anticipated community that offers the first Crystal Lagoon in the United States.
