Dr. Shah holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of South Florida. He is ECFMG and ACLS certified and has extensive training in geriatrics, hypertension, diabetes, heart failure and obesity.
Dr. Shah specializes in diabetic and geriatric and diabetic care and focuses on a holistic approach to patient care. He places a strong emphasis on preventative medicine, which ensures that all patients receive necessary screening and follow-up care. “I like to take time to review each patient’s complete health history, and strive to remain open-minded,” he says. “This allows me to consider alternative protocols as necessary,” he added.
Dr. Shah enjoys building trust relationships with his patients and understands the importance of patients’ comfort during office visits. He is always available to answer questions and provides personal follow up visits to hospitalized patients.
