Tuesday, May 21, 2019North Port, Florida – The Atlanta Braves announce more exciting events as part of their Spring calendar for CoolToday Park. The new Atlanta Braves Spring Training Facility is planning to bring entertainment and special events to the Suncoast Region.

Thursday, May 23, 2019 6:30PM – CoolToday ParkSummer Movie Nights presented by Venice Pier GroupFeaturing the third movie in CoolToday Park’s Summer Movie Nights Series, The Incredibles 2. Bring the whole family every 2nd and 4th Thursday all summer long for the fun and nostalgia of a classic drive-in movie theater experience in the comfort of a modern venue featuring comfortable seating, a variety of concessions offerings, state-of-the-art sound system, and unobstructed views of our 80’ x 40’ high-definition video display. General admission $5.00 per ticket.

Saturday, May 25, 2019 7:30PM – CoolToday ParkVenice Symphony Patriotic Pops Concert & Fireworks presented by The Community Foundation of Sarasota CountyLed by Director Troy Quinn, featuring more than 70 musicians performing American standards and new arrangements by great American composers, followed by a fireworks display to close out the night. Show begins at 7:30PM, gates open at 5:30PM. Tickets $15-$75, students 17 and under can purchase $10 tickets in designated sections.

* The Tomahawk Tiki Bar will be closed May 25th for a Special Event.

Sunday, June 2, 2019 10:00AM-1:00PM – CoolToday ParkPlay in the Park DayA fun day for the whole family to explore the ballpark, enjoy concessions, play wiffle ball, kickball, cornhole, kids 12 and under can run the bases. This event if free to the public.

This week the 2018 National League Eastern Division Champion Atlanta Braves (curently 26-22)play the final 3 games of a 4-game series on the road against the San Francisco Giants through May 23, followed by 3 games in St. Louis facing the Cardinals May 24 through May 26.
