
The Public is invited to the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Oak Hill Senior Living Community AT 4 PM on Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at 11207 Cortez Blvd, Brooksville in Hernando County, Florida 34613.
Land development has begun on Oak Hill Senior Communities, Spring Hill/Brooksville’s newest Neighbor. This community will include Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Oak Hill Senior Community developers have begun preparing the land for construction on a vacant 15-acre parcel located on the west side of Oak Hill Hospital.
TLC Management, an Indiana and Florida premier senior living developer/operator is looking forward to providing a variety of healthcare and senior options for residents living in Spring Hill/Brooksville and Hernando County. A sales office will be located on site by fall of 2020 to accept employment applications, answer questions and to pre-sell assisted apartments.
For those residents that require 24-hour skilled nursing and Rehabilitation services, Oak Hill Health and Rehabilitation will offer 109 private suites. Our goal is to enrich the lives of our residents by providing an environment that is physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally stimulating. Our therapy team will customize each resident’s rehabilitation needs by optimizing function and restoring quality of life, explains Gary Ott, CEO, TLC Management. The team will be deeply involved in every aspect of each individual’s health, recovery, and active life-style to assure the highest standard of care and services are provided.
Oak Hill Assisted Living will be offering 61 resort-style private suites where individuals will be provided assistance as needed with daily activities while enjoying numerous opportunities a few steps away such as health spa, theater, wellness gym, activity center, formal dining, spa, bistro shop and town square. As part of the assisted living services, a separate wing of 20 apartments will be specifically dedicated to residents with Alzheimer’s or other forms of age associated memory impairment. All memory care apartments feature our front porch cottage theme. Services include everything from engaging activities, bathing, dressing and grooming assistance to medication reminders and management.
TLC anticipates the first residents of Oak Hill Senior Communities will begin to move on campus in the spring of 2021. Upon completion, this new senior living community will assist in boosting employment within Hernando County by creating over 180 new jobs.
